Last weekend (Saturday 15th June 2024) I spent an excellent day at the Strength in Truth Conference in Surrey with a well stocked bookstall. Described as ‘A strict baptist conference for young people’ this conference aims to provide a forum for young people to meet up and hear Biblical viewpoints on a wide variety of subjects with opportunity for discussion and questions. I may have felt a little like an intruder (being rather over the recommended age range), but I very much enjoyed the lectures given, the questions answered and was encouraged to find that sales of books were good too (thanks in part to the enthusiasm of the speakers for recommending titles).

If you have a spare hour or so, the lectures would be well worth listening to (whatever age you are). They are available on the Strength in Truth website here.

I would recommend that you keep an eye on the Strength in Truth website as they regularly update their blog with helpful posts on relevant topics for young people and also record a podcast.
