Robert Traill (1642 – 1716) suffered imprisonment and even exile for his faith during the ‘Killing Times’ in Scotland. His Works have become impossible to buy new and complete except for this paperback set, scanned from the 1810 edition. James Hervey wrote a recommendation to the Works, being particularly pleased with Traill’s defence of justification by faith in Christ’s imputed righteousness alone as the sinner’s ground of salvation. Vol 4 of 4.
