This book comprises of the Westminster Confession, the Larger Catechism, the Shorter Catechism, and the church creeds (Apostles’, Nicene, Athanasian, and that of Chalcedon). They have been brought together in a lightly modernised English version by Dr Kevin Bidwell, the minister of Sheffield Presbyterian Church, without any intent to change the original meaning. In conjunction with this book, there is also an expanded edition available in hardback from the same publisher, which also includes various essays from contemporary Reformed ministers designed to explain the importance of the Westminster Standards.
