Clement Wood was a highly esteemed minister of the Gospel for over 50 years and Pastor of Tamworth Road Strict Baptist Chapel, Croydon, for 45 years.
He had the God-given ability to minister to young and old alike, and was enabled to preach from the heart of those things which he had handled, tasted and felt. His deep love for the people of God was clearly shown in his life and walk, particularly in the willingness to ‘spend and be spent’.
This book contains an account of his life, much in his own words, a selection of 20 of his sermons and examples of other addresses and correspondence.
