Dr R C Reed was a Professor of Church History at Columbia Theological Seminary until 1925. Being fully committed to the historic position of his Presbyterian heritage, he wrote to clarify the doctrines of grace under the acronym of TULIP. He refers often to Calvin himself as well as the development of calvinism, and seeks to draw a line in the sand against Arminianism. Questions are taken head on. This is a structured and punchy little book.
