It is true religion of the soul that is readily discernible in these letters of John Keyt, a member of Huntington’s church at Providence Chapel for many years. They breathe the genuiness of the inward work of grace, the sovereign operations of the Holy Spirit in the heart of a sinner. There is no uncertain sound in the religion here set forth, Keyt writes of things he had evidently known, felt, and handled.
