John Bevis was taken very suddenly from this world in a motorbike accident. He attended the Strict Baptist Chapel at Swanwick Shore, near Southampton, not just out of parental pressure, but because he wanted to attend the means of grace. This booklet contains letters which were returned to his parents, from various friends after his death. They demonstrate that John was an exercised young man and one whom we believe was a prepared soul, for a prepared throne.
