The true story of Agnes Beaumont (1672 - 1720), who belonged to John Bunyan's church. It tells autobiographically her conversion and the trials of her faith, including the resistance of her father to Bunyan and his teachings. She was later brought to trial, slanderously accused of his murder, and dramatically acquitted. This is a reprint of the Fauconberg Press edition.
