Here at last is the sequel to Professor Andrews' well received book 'Who Made God?'. The truth about the origin and nature of man determines our identity, both as a race and as individuals. 'What is Man?' presents the big picture, looking in turn at man's place in the universe, in the animal kingdom, and in the Bible. The book fairly examines non-Christian viewpoints before presenting the biblical worldview as the one that makes the most sense of all the data. It is aimed at the intelligent lay person, and Professor Andrews admirably succeeds with his light touch and liberal dash of humour.
Edgar Andrews is Emeritus Professor of Materials Science at the University of London. He holds PhD and DSc degrees in Physics and has published over 100 scientific research papers.
