The life and ministry of John Kemp (1850 – 1932).
Now republished with previously unpublished letters and sermons. A Strict Baptist minister, his name will forever be linked with the chapel at Biddenden, Kent, where he was pastor for over 50 years. His was a venture of faith from the beginning, to take the pastorate of a newly built chapel which yet had no settled congregation. But the Lord who guided him there evidently had many souls whom he would call by grace from the surrounding villages, and these he faithfully ministered to, the deep exercises of which are revealed in his memoir.
