A Memorial of Maggie Budge

Budge M

Huntingtonian Press

Maggie Budge was from Caithness in the far north of Scotland in the eighteenth century, and only lived to the age of 32 years. However she left autobiographical writings and letters which thrill with the experimental emphasis of the well known ministers of the Northern Highlands. To her account is added in the booklet a valuable article by Rev James S Sinclair, the first editor of the 'Free Presbyterian Magazine', entitled 'The absence of the sense of sin in present-day religion.'
